Owl Post: Our preferred method of delivery is, of course, the classic owl post. Our fleet of trained owls ensures that your packages arrive on time, every time all over Egypt to our customers.
Delivery Times
Standard Owl Post: 5-7 business days from the next day completing your order.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen magical mishaps or muggle customs procedures.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep, whether it’s soaring through the skies or traveling via muggle roads.
Delivery Fees
Standard Owl Post Fees:
– Cairo and Giza 45 EL.
– Delta, Alex, Matrouh and Canal Cities 55 EL.
– Upper Egypt 65 EL.
– Luxor, Aswan and Red Sea 75 EL.
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over 2000 EL.
Magical Delivery Safety
Protective Spells: All our packages are enchanted with protective spells to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of a damaged or lost package, please contact us immediately at support@7aretdiagon.com.
Unattended Deliveries:
If you’re not home to receive your package, our owls are trained to leave it in a safe and secure location. For muggle courier deliveries, you can specify delivery instructions during checkout.
